Arambol Beach - North Goa

Arambol Beach is a traditional fisherman village, 32km Northwest of Mapsua. During the winter season of November to March it attracts many international tourists.

What I particularly like about Arambol is its distinct bohemian feel, attracting the free spirited travellers that cannot be found in places like Calangute and Candolim.

If you want to live basic then Arambol is the place to stay.  The main type of accommodation are guest houses, houses, homestays and temporary beach shacks which are erected every year during start of the tourist season and dismantled at the end of tourist season.

Arambol is home to a rich live music scene, yoga, meditation and healing arts that attract travellers from all walks of life.
