Kek Lok Si Temple is
the largest Buddhist temple in Southeast Asia.
This seven-storey pagoda, houses ten thousand Buddha’s
and a 30.2-meter bronze Kuan Yin statute.

charge for the cable car. RM 3 (0.60p –
60 Rupees) One way

Among the best
temples I have seen, I love this place, always making at least one visit when I
come to Penang.

Take a Rapid Bus to
Air Itam. The bus will drop you off and
then take a steady walk to the temple.
Take a walk up the
steep stairs, and then take a short break to feed the turtles.
